Creative chef makes eggs royale 'breakfast dessert'

A cool video has emerged of British chef Ben Churchill creating a dessert resembling eggs royale.
In the footage, shot in Hertfordshire, UK on Thursday, Churchill uses "grilled lemon sponge as toast, watermelon to look like smoked salmon, whipped cream poached egg with a runny mango yolk, and hollandaise custard'".
