Crazy Shootout Between Bailiffs and Tenant

The City of Cleveland Housing Court bailiffs Antonio Hall and Paul Marks were sent to the building to evict a man who hadn’t paid rent for seven months.The man refused to come out and then pointed a gun at the bailiffs, who wrestled the gun away; but the tenant had a second gun. The tenant was struck twice, but died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner. The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor ruled last month that the bailiffs use of force was justified.
