Crazy Cow Chase

: "On my way to work, normal ass day. I pull up to a coo sitting sideways on the highway then I saw a cow run down the off ramp and that’s when the chase started. the cops just stopped blocking traffic and cut everybody loose to witness the state police rodeo"
