Craig Anderson - Subversive Poets

I've noticed people being arrested for twitter
Because they spoke their mind
Have we come to a breed of muzzled sheep
Saying and doing is not the same kind.

I'm gonna kill you: doesn't always mean I'm gonna kill you
One is free speech the other a crime
Where is all this leading the freedom writers
To protect and speak out for the wrongdoers at any time.

If one doesn't speak up now and shout ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
Where do we all draw the line in the sand
Poets speak for the martyrs unable to convey their message
The freedom of men and women is at hand.
