Craig Anderson - Just Once
0 Views • Jun 15, 2014
Description
Where the words just lift off the page
The contents leave your miming lips
Like clear honey dripping like globules of joy.
Where you don't need to search the words
You know the meaning just in the prose
Like smelling fresh fallen apples in bee laden orchards
Feelings leaving you wondering and alive.
If ever I wrote that piece
Never again would I put pen to parchment
Or finger to button, sitting happy in the knowledge
I for once in my life did my very very best.
