Coyote Trapped in Backyard

Info from Licensor: "I was in my backyard, and a coyote popped up. When I started filming, it got extremely scared. I called 911, and they said they couldn't do anything until it attacks me. Then they suggested that I call wild life department. I called them, but their respond was the same. I finally got out and tried to let my neighbor know to protect their pets and kids. I then saw a police car, and I stopped him. I told him that I didn't have a way to protect myself against the animal and asked if he could help me kick the animal out of our neighborhood. He responded that it wasn't his job and that the animal needed to be left alone unless it attacked someone."
