Cowell hits the carpet for 'The X Factor' premiere

STORY: Simon Cowell, Paulina Rubio, Demi Lovato and Kelly Rowland were seen on the carpet in advance of "The X Factor" season three premiere in West Hollywood on Thursday (Sept. 05). Before getting down to business and speaking about the show's season three premiere, Cowell said he felt "amazing" after seeing the ultrasound photograph of his son for the first time. Cowell is expecting a child with his friend's ex-wife, socialite Lauren Silverman. Cowell, 53, brought on Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland and Grammy-winning Mexican artist Paulina Rubio this season for a mostly female judging panel, which also includes Demi Lovato from last season. "The X Factor" returns to Fox on September 11 and 12.
