Court clears Israel in Corrie case
Description
A picture of American activist Rachel Corrie.
And here, fellow activists' graphic photos of her body after an Israeli army bulldozer crushed her to death.
This was during a pro-Palestine rally in Gaza nine years ago.
Her family launched a civil case against the Israeli military after an internal investigation cleared the bulldozer driver.
On Monday, a court vindicated Israel's military of any wrongdoing, although the judge called her death a "regrettable accident".
Corrie's mother spoke to media after the verdict and expressed her deep disappointment.

"I believe that this was a bad day, not only for our family, but a bad day for human rights, for humanity, for the rule of law and also for the country of Israel."
The family plans to appeal the decision.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) CORRIE FAMILY LAWYER HUSSEIN ABU HUSSEIN SAYING:
"I believe that we could have a good chance to change this decision through the review by the appeal that we are aiming to issue to the Supreme Court."
The demonstration took place during the second Palestinian uprising or Intifada, with Corrie becoming an international symbol of Palestine's plight.
