COUPLE DETAINED FOR MISSING 2 YR-OLD

Shannon Miller stepfather of two-year-old Angelo Tobias Plaza and his mother Kalifah Tobias were taken into police custody on Friday afternoon as investigations into the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of baby Angelo intensified.

The couple was later brought back to the scene as officers continue investigations into the disappearance of the infant . More from Elizabeth Williams.
