Could U.S. tariffs on China Affect Apple Products?

According to Reuters, many products made by Apple, including the Apple Watch could be affected by proposed U.S. tariffs on Chinese goods.President Donald Trump commented on the tariffs saying that he has tariffs on an additional $267 billion in Chinese goods “ready to go on short notice" if he wants. Cell phones, which are the biggest U.S. import from China, have not been affected by the tariffs so far, but would they would be hit if Trump activates the new $267 billion tariff list.
