Cornell Sandifer - Night Sky's
3 Views • Jun 18, 2014
Description
A cold dim misty day, a week shy of December
Sitting in the window, an uneasiness inside
As a battle took shape, before my own eyes
Sweeping in from the east, an ill wind did blow
Whistling then howling like never before
Visible in the south, flotillas of clouds are massing!
Billowing then blanketing the shy with out asking
Roaring in the west, a thunderous crack at its best
Lightning was striking right, lighting the night in a fight
Then rains rushed forth, down from the north
Proclaiming victory in sight
