Corn Chevdo (Spicy Corn)

Here is simple recipe of corn (makai) chevdo or khichdi. Its mildly spiced grated corn slowly cooked in milk. It is very aromatic and delicious snack or you can serve as a breakfast Enjoy it while it lasts!

However, if you are using regular corn (not sweet corn) no need to seperate its juice and then you can add sugar and lemon juice to make it khatta meetha if you like
