as we march side by side
up the dusty track on the hill
we here gun fire
as i get down
i here the moaning people that have been shot
i see blood every where for it is brutal
all i hear is screams of the wounded
the medics risking there life's
but i saw my mate
my best mate
that had been shot
i cry in anger and rage
i see him dying so i run for it in the high hills
i reach to the top
that was the day i finally understood
