Coptics voice doubt over Egypt vote

At least two people have died as Egyptian police clashed with Coptic Christians demonstrating on Saturday over the building of a church the government said was illegal.

The protests came a day before the country's general elections, which has seen one of the government's largest crackdowns on opposition parties.

Coptics are one of the country's numerous groups that are margianalised and politically underrepresented and many believe the vote will not bring change for them.
