Cops prepares questions for Shashi Tharoor

Former Union minister and Congress leader Shashi Tharoor reportedly met a team of lawyers at his residence on Monday to strategize on possible replies to be given to the Delhi Police when they interrogate him in connection with the murder probe of his late wife Sunanda Pushkar.

Tharoor continued to avoid interactions with the media, days after calling them an irresponsible institution. He described one television channel as obnoxious in its efforts to pin the murder of Sunanda on him.

Earlier on Monday, Delhi Police commissioner BS Bassi said Tharoor will be questioned soon.

Tharoor reached the national capital from Kerala this afternoon.
