COP15: Sudden death

Naomi Klein, columnist for The Nation, asks: "A lot of people say, give Obama time. The guy was just elected - what do you say to that?" Nnimmo Bassey, the Nigerian-born chair of Friends of the Earth International, says: "Give Obama time? The world cannot afford to give any more time. Now we've come to the brink. It's time for decision." Bassey compares our current situation to a soccer game. We've had plenty of chances to address global warming, but now we're at the moment of "sudden death."
