Cop claims trial to accepting bribe from 'cop'
Description
A 27-year-old lance corporal claimed trial at Butterworth Sessions Court on Wednesday to a charge of accepting a RM300 bribe from a 41-year-old man as an inducement to not take action against him on Oct 13, 2016.
Mohd Syafiq Abd Rahman was alleged to have taken the money from Badrul Hisham Ahmad, who was suspected to be posing as a policeman.
