Cooking - How to Cook a Vegetable Curry

Description
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 175 g peas
- 75 g curry
- 50 cl milk
- one spoon of butter
First peel and cut the vegetables. Start by cutting the carrots and fry them in a wok.
Then cut the potatoes and add them to the wok. Do the same with the other vegetables.
Add the pieces of zucchini and the cauliflower to the wok. Let it shimmer.
Mix the milk and melted butter in a bowl.
Add the curry paste and stir it into one sauce mixture.
Pour the curry sauce into your wok in which you were frying the vegetables.
Shimmer for 25 minutes and stir from time to time.
