Contractor hacked to death by son

A contractor was hacked to death by his son, who is believed to be a drug addict, in an incident in a village in Padang Besar, Perlis on Friday.

Perlis CID chief Superintendent Azahar Muda said, the incident occurred between 7.15 and 7.30am when the father refused his 24-year-old son's request for money.
