Allegations that a contractor, John Chadee used racist comments towards a reporter are being shut down by PDP leader Watson Duke.
Mr. Duke said, while the comments are unfortunate, racist is too strong a word to describe Mr. Chedee's utterances. Mr. Duke spoke during his mandate Monday forum on social media Facebook.
