Construction Worker Rescued After Scaffolding Collapses in Key Biscayne

A construction worker dangling from the 12th floor of the Grand Bay Club in Key Biscayne, Florida, was rescued on Thursday, March 23.This video was taken from a room at the club, and shows rescue crews strapped to the worker to lower him safely. The video was originally posted to Instagram.</a> The City of Miami Fire Department tweeted</a> they were on scene, along with Key Biscayne crews.Fire officials told Local 10</a> the worker was the only person on the scaffold at the time of collapse, and sustained only minor injuries. The cause of the collapse is not known.
