Constitutional Court ruling

The Constitutional Court has ordered government to grant citizenship to five people born just outside the country. They approached the court to challenge the amendments to the citizens act. Lawyers for human rights argued that parts of the act are invalid as it fails to recognize citizenship acquired by decent.
