Consistent Practice Building | Dr. Jeff Uhrmacher

If you want to see the success of your practice increase... make sure you are doing it with consistency. Take a look back at some successful times of your practice. What were you doing then that you're not doing now?
I'm sure a handful of things stick out in your mind.
So why did you stop doing them? I think the most common answer to that question would be... LIFE! It's hard to run a successful business and be a successful doctor at the same time. That's why you have staff... to do the things that you SHOULDN'T be doing.
Easier said than done right? But it's the truth. You simply can't do everything on your own and expect to have a busy and lucrative practice at the same time.
Now let's back up the that "life" answer I gave you a second ago. I don't want to let you off the hook that easy. Part of life is you being LAZY. Don't get all worked up just yet... I'm just as lazy ☺. That comes back to having the right people in the right place to make sure ALL the things get done... ALL THE TIME.
Not just for a month or so while it's fresh in your staff persons mind. They need to be doing it all the time. If your office gets busier and you need to hire a part time person to handle the "needs done" list... then you need to hire someone.
Here's my best example of why you go through peaks and valleys in your office. Do your best to prove me wrong.
You start NOT busy... you do some good practicing building strategies that you learned from a coach or guru... you got busy in your practice... you stopped doing those very same strategies... you got NOT busy again.
The pain of NOT being busy caused you to implement some strategies. When you got busy the pain went away and you either got to busy to DO the strategies... or you thought you didn't need to anymore BECAUSE you were busy.
It's the vicious cycle. The strategies rarely change... but your hamster wheel keeps consultants in business. Okay... I'll concede that the internet changes... and is changing at a rapid pace. Make sure you keep up with that one.
Dr. Jeff Uhrmacher
P.S. There are plenty of people out there willing to do a couple hours of work each day for you. You have no excuse to NOT get your practice building strategies done.4. dr. jeff uhrmacher, doctors wealth secrets, new patient financing
