Consider This: State Polls (Part 2) - Should Be Concurrent or Decoupled From GE?
Description
On this episode of #Consider This we look at two initiatives that seek to highlight the importance of every ballot in the upcoming state polls. The first is an election simulation calculator from Kini News Lab — an interactive article that allows people to predict the outcome of the state elections by using GE15 data to show what could’ve happened if there were concurrent state elections last November. The second is Bersih’s #VoteLokal campaign to raise voter awareness and encourage a high turnout on August 12th. Melisa Idris speaks to Andrew Ong, Journalist at MalaysiaKini, and
Thomas Fann, Chairperson of Bersih.
