Consider This: Education (Part 3) - Forgetting Our Foundations?

A rotation model that was proposed to MOE in June last year when schools reopened. The idea was to prevent overcrowding but give everyone the opportunity to physically be in school for example, Primary School Standards 1, 2, 3 and Standards 4, 5, 6.The two groups go to school on different days, which means school days in classrooms will be reduced, but the off days can be complemented by online learning. Could this proposal be implemented? What other out-of-the-box solutions should be considered?
