Congress neither allows house to function nor discussion-PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has jibed at the Congress in the BJP Parliamentary Party meeting. PM said that neither Congress allows the House to run nor does it allow discussion. At the same time, the PM said that Congress did not participate even in the meeting on vaccination.
