Congress Moves High Court
Description
The Congress state unit has moved the Uttarakhand High Court against the imposition of President's rule in the state. Citing the floor test that was scheduled a day after the Harish Rawat government was dismissed, the Congress called the decision approved by the President as the 'Murder Of Democracy'.
