Congress 'confession' on 26/11 attack, Watch!

Two days later, the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack will complete 13 years. In these 13 years, the question must have come to the mind of every Indian at some point in time that why was there no retaliation for such a big terrorist attack? Why was Pakistan not taught a lesson? Why did the Manmohan Singh government not take any action despite the evidence of Pakistan's conspiracy?
