Congress CMs to boycott Modi?

Big political controversy breaks out as Congress Chief Ministers decide to boycott events where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be present. While the Congress has accused the BJP of orchestrating the crowd to embarrass Congress Chief Ministers, the BJP termed Congress decision to boycott Modis programme unfortunate. At a function in Solapur on Saturday, where the Prime Minister inaugurated four-lane National Highway Number 9, Chavan had to stop speaking midway as alleged BJP supporters started chanting Modi's name. In another incident, two-time Chief Minister of Haryana Bhupinder Singh Hooda was hooted at a function in Haryana in Modi's presence.
