“Conditions Apply” is a film to depict the life of an actress who identifies herself as “gender neutral”; an individual who exists outside the binary gender structure of male and female. A journey through the physical, emotional and spiritual changes of a third gender; a protest against the society, which believes, “You are only a human being if you are male/female“.
