Concerns over security lax in India

Indian police have detained five people over the bomb attack at the New Delhi High court on which 12 people died.

The Delhi attacks was the terrorist plot to hit India this year, which has resulted in thirty-six deaths.

Billions of dollars have been invested in India's security and intelligence operations, but Indian cities still remain vulnerable as ever.
