Concerns over Joburg electricity tariffs increase

City Power has Joburg residents on the warpath.This comes after a report highlighted that some people have power bills higher than their bonds. Eskom also says the Joburg Metro has rates that are 26% than what it charges. However, a City Power manager says it charges less compared to other metros. Courtesy #DStv403
