Complex. "Mooving Moor" 1971 U.K. Psych.
Description
Complex."The Way We Feel" second lp 1971
The first & the second phychedelic albums are among the most sought-after arte facts of British Phychedelia.Only 99 copies of each album by this Blackpool-based band were pressed.Despite the fact the debut album was recorded in November 1970 it sounds like it`s a straight out of the Summer of Love.Basically we`re talking echo-laden organ driver garage phychedelia which is marred only by POOR SOUND quality.Eight of the eleven compositions were pennied by Steve Coe & a guycalled Mithell. The highlights are "Witch`s Smell" and "Storm O The Way" both no notable fot some punchy organ work & stong vocals and "Self Declaration" which has lot of fuzzy quitar and cheesy organ. Despite its rarity many collectors regard the second lp "The Way We Feel" which was recorded as Deroy Sound Studios the following year as an anti-climax.A few songs, particularly "Mooving Moor" & "We Don`t Exist",ar on a par with deput album, but overall the quality of material is ccompraratively dissappointing.Soon after the release of this album the band`s main songwriter Steve Coe departed.Several years later he re-emerged in Monsoon. The remaining members recorded a five tracks acetape for a fhird album, which remains unreleased, before dispanding.

Lance Fogg............................bass,vocal
