COMPLAINT FILED VS GOVT EXECS FOR PROTOCOL VIOLATIONS

Representatives from Pinoy Aksyon, a non-government organization represented by lawyer Ramon Delas Alas (right) and its convenor Ben Cyrus G. Ellorin (left) present a complaint they filed against government officials for violating various Covid-19 protocols before the Office of the Ombudsman in Quezon City on Sept. 7, 2021. Named respondents were Presidential spokesman Harry Roque for violating quarantine restrictions on non-essential travel in Subic in July 2020. San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora for violating quarantine protocols in June 2020 at Baguio City, along with his Father, San Juan Congressman Ronaldo Zamora for violating FDA guidelines for issuance of emergency use authorization for drugs and vaccines and admitting that he has received vaccines more than what was prescribed.
