Dr. Jennifer Sims, Director of Intelligence Studies and Visiting Professor, Georgetown University, gives on her view on how internet penetration is empowering citizens, particularly in developing countries, and governments need to take notice.
Dr. Sims spoke to the Lowy Institute and invited guests in Canberra on 26 July 2012 as part of the Lowy Institute's UNISYS National Security Event Series.
