Commons Standards Committee defend Miller actions

Robert Buckland, a member of the Commons Committee for Standards, says: "The decision that was reached was a fare one in the circumstances".

The South Swindon MP also said that the lay members of the standards committee ought to have more of an influence on ultimate decisions.
