Per resettare Firefox, dalla barra dei menu seleziona Help (Aiuto). Se non vedi la barra dei menu, schiaccia il tasto Alt della tua tastiera. Clicca su Troubleshooting (Risoluzione problemi) e poi sul tasto Reset Firefox (Ripristina Firefox) che troverai in alto a destra, e infine nuovamente su Reset Firefox (Ripristina Firefox). Il reset non eliminerà né la cronologia di navigazione, né i segnalibri, né le password che avevi salvato, né i cookies.
