Just a taste of this cynical poison
admiring a dream

spill the blood and it's sins
in turn to make memories bleed

It's been awhile
and i try not to count the days
taking a thousand pictures
to end up with the same word...same way

peel away the shades of grey
and burn the shadows with light

suprise suppress the lies don't rest
mind's always wander around what they miss

it twist and it turns
it blisters and burns

lies are the comfort of the ones that haven't learned
maybe one day maybe not at all

but we are our own weakness and our own faults
when our laughter dies and time fall's in turns
the sirens ring as the children learn



so if they said no.. would you listen?
it can't be done... would you be scared?
