Colombian Gov't Changes Peace Negotiation Team

The 37th round of the Colombian peace talks began today in Havana, Cuba. The government negotiating team was strengthened with the presence of two new members, Foreign Affairs Minister Maria Angela Holguin and business leader Gonzalo Restrepo. At the same time, Defense Minister Juan Carlos Penzon will be replaced by Bogota's ambassador to Washington Luis Carlos Villegas.
