Colombia Likely to Join TPP

Colombia is not one of the countries signing the TPP in New Zealand. However, it's government has expressed interest in joining the trade agreement. And, as our correspondent Natalia Margarita reports, some opponents believe the government is trying to deflect public scrutiny.
