Colombia: Jailed FARC Rebels Expect Amnesty

Hundreds of jailed FARC rebels in Colombia are waiting to hear if they will be granted amnesty as part of a peace deal being negotiated in Havana, Cuba. Many have been in Colombian jails for decades and believe they will receive amnesty or a pardon. Imprisoned FARC guerrilla Luis Marandula says that there should be a policy of “forgive and forget” for both sides.
