Colombia: Critics slam National Development Plan

Peace process supporters and political leaders in Colombia have expressed alarm over the new National Development Plan announced by President Juan Manuel Santos. They say defense and security spending will be 3 times higher than education and 6.5 times higher than the health budget and that the plan will only reinforce inequality.
