Colombia Appoints Post-Conflict Minister

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos appointed a new minister to be in charge of post-conflict affairs. Rafael Pardo will be directly advising Santos on issues related to the implementation of the peace accords that will end the country's five-decade armed conflict. Pardo had been Labor Minister from 2011-2014 and has experience in previous peace negotiations. teleSUR
