Collision Caused By Lane Change

Info from Licensor: "I was driving on Tuggeranong Parkway in Canberra when a station wagon in front of me changed lanes without looking, merged into another car, then overtook them and sped off. I followed both cars until they eventually pulled over so I could give the driver of the car that was hit a copy of the dash cam footage for their insurance claim. The driver that hit the other car claimed they'd looked in the mirror and didn't see the other car. It could have been a very serious collision."
