Collar bomb suspect returns

The man accused of strapping a hoax bomb around the neck of a teenager at her Sydney home in what police say could have been an extortion plot arrives back in Australia to face the music.
Paul Peters has been flown back from the United States where he was found at his ex-wife's home in Kentucky last month.
He's been formally charged with offences including kidnapping, and breaking and entering.
It's alleged Peters broke into the home of 18-year-old Madeleine Pulver and her family, where he strapped the fake bomb around her neck.
The girl endured a terrifying ten-hour ordeal as bomb experts tried to defuse the device believing it was live.
Madeleine's father gave his reaction after learning of Peters' arrival back in Sydney.
SOUNDBITE: Bill Pulver, Madeleine Pulver's father, saying (English):
"It's a slightly strange feeling to see him coming back into the country. Obviously it's an important step in the process to move this thing through the courts. You know, really, from the family's perspective we're just sitting back, watching things the same way everybody else is."
Peters is due to appear in court in November.
He's not been given bail.
His lawyer has previously indicated he will deny the charges.
