The sun rises
Illuminating her face
Silently she sleeps
She’s smiling in his arms
He leans in to wake her slowly
The night is almost over
The world they saw
She awakes and rises
Looks around and falls
Into the arms of the boy
Who loves her endlessly
They sit in each other’s presence
Not a word to be said
They both know what the other is thinking
I’ll love you till I’m dead
