Today Seoul dipped into the negatives for the first time this season but temperatures are expected to plummet further tomorrow.
Cities such as Paju, located north of Seoul, will fall to nearly minus 10 degrees Celsius. So I suggest you dress warmer than today.
In the daytime, Korea and most of East Asia will have cold winds under partly cloudy skies. Tokyo, though, will have milder conditions.
Morning in Seoul will start at minus 4 degrees Celsius, while Busan makes it above the freezing point.
The afternoon high in Seoul will peak at 6 degrees,...
while Daegu and Gyeongju will both top out at 9 degrees.

Seoul could see its first snow of the season on Saturday,... and temperatures should recover back to the norms starting Sunday.
