Cold to ease up tomorrow _ 010919

Hello I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update.
The cold this morning was only temporary, and the temperatures quickly recovered into the day.
As of tomorrow, it'll be 2 to 3 degrees Celsius warmer than the seasonal average.
The high levels of find dust pollution should also come down tomorrow thanks to a steady wind from the west,... which is also what's keeping the weather mild. Beijing and Tokyo are expected to be about as warm as the southern parts of Korea.
The daily lows are mostly below zero though.
Seoul waking up to minus 6 degrees Celsius, Chuncheon minus 10 while Daegu and Gyeongju begin at minus 4 degrees.
With partly cloudy skies, Seoul will reach 4 degrees in the day and higher at 8 in Busan and Jeju.
