The cold won't stick around for too long though. Temperatures are expected to recover quickly in the afternoon under partly cloudy skies.
For Beijing and Tokyo, the weather will be similar to the southern parts of the Korean Peninsula.
Brace yourselves for a freezing morning tomorrow if you are in the northern parts of the nation,... Seoul dropping to minus 6 degrees Celsius, while Chuncheon will hit minus 11.
It'll get cloudy as the day goes on with highs warmer than the seasonal average for a lot of regions.
Seoul rising up to 5 degrees, while Busan hits the low teens.
