Cold snap to hit its peak _ 020618

As for today's freezing highs, Seoul will only rise to minus 6 degrees Celsius, Daegu and Gwangju will reach minus 3 degrees.

This cold snap will ease starting Thursday with highs finally bouncing back to positive territory.

As for the weather outlook in PyeongChang, a colder Tuesday is in store under sunny skies so you will need to cover up.
